Some Encouraging Words from me to you
In the section you have just read, regarding creating wealth, it may well be you feel, for whatever reason, unable to copy me by buying and selling. Don’t be discouraged by this thought as there are many other things you can do to achieve the same results. Let me help you explore this further.
Can you sew? Make alterations to curtains? Service a car? Wash a car? Valet the inside of a vehicle? Paint a door, or a decorate a whole house? Design a web page? Upgrade or repair a computer? Clean an office, or a house? Iron clothes? Take a dog for a walk? Groom a horse? Muck out a stable? Cut a lawn, or maintain a garden?... And so forth and so on.
Make out a list of all the jobs you can think of, then simply select a few that you think you do well. Next make out some advertising leaflets offering these jobs as services to the public. Include your telephone number. Catch my drift? If you haven’t got a printer, ask someone who has to print them out for you. Aim for 200 at first. Put the Ads in shop windows, newspapers, post them through local letterboxes, and tell as many people as possible about your offer, including all family and friends.
This is just a start. Keep talking to everyone. Tell people you are trying to improve the financial aspects of your life. You will be surprised just how many people will actually want to help you. Keep your eyes and ears open wide for the continual growth of opportunities coming your way and remember the saying... “From little acorns, big oak trees grow.” It wont be long before you find yourself connecting with something that grows. You may find yourself going in an unexpected direction or even a complete career change! Who knows!!.
Just go with it and enjoy the adventure.
An Important Point
Whatever you choose to do, to reach your targets, there are several things you must be aware of. Keep a record of every single transaction you make. Record the exact date you start. Towards the end of your first year you will need to employ the services of a Registered Accountant. Don’t just choose one at random. My suggestion is, you buy local Advertising Newspaper. Find two or three full time Accountants who work from home. (Cheaper, and more personal and friendly) Arrange an interview with each of them, check out their reputations. How long has each one been in practice.(ten years or more? Good!) How many long term clients does each have? More than 100? He must be quite well organised, therefore probably good at his job!. Less than 50? Hmmm, doubtful. And remember, you are employing his services, not the other way around. Then simply, select the one you feel most empathy with as he will be dealing with all your business transactions, and a great deal of your personal life. You want him as your friend.
He will notify the Taxman on your behalf, and will present a set of accounts in accordance with the Taxation Laws. Those accounts will be based on all the information you can supply your accountant with. Don’t worry, you will be advised what to do. It’s so easy!
